Triple Berry Sheet Pancakes

  • 3 cups pancake mix
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Directions

Triple Berry Sheet Pancakes


1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3 cups pancake mix with 3 cups water, until well-combined.
3. Pour mixture onto baking sheet.
4. Evenly top with mixed berries.
5. Bake in over for about 12 minutes, or until pancake mixture is firmly set and top is lightly golden.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Then use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut. Serve and enjoy!
