If you need to feed breakfast to a group of kiddos, these Triple Berry Sheet Pancakes may just do the trick for you.
All you need is pancake mix, water and mixed berries.
If you haven’t tried Kodiak Cakes yet, I highly recommend stocking up. Their ingredient list is super simple: just 100% whole grain wheat flour, 100% whole grain oat flour, non-fat dry milk, dried honey, leavening, egg whites and sea salt. Plus, they are super delicious!
Mix 3 cups of Kodiak Cakes pancake mix with 3 cups water.
Add 3 cups mixed berries. We used strawberries, blackberries and raspberries. But you can really use any type of fruit or toppings you want!
Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes, until the mixture is set and the top is slightly golden.
Use a pizza cutter to slice the pancakes, then plate them and serve with a dab of maple syrup.
