Homemade Pizza "Lunchables"

  • 1 serving of whole wheat pita bread (or whole wheat naan bread), sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
  • 1-2 servings of string cheese, diced (or 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese)
  • Diced veggies of choice (we like green pepper, black olives and mushrooms)
  • Optional: turkey pepperoni
