Dave’s 5-Ingredient Chicken Stir Fry

  • 2.5 lb. package of frozen boneless skinless chicken tenders (this is about 12-15 tenders). {Tip: plan for 2-3 tenders/person depending on age and appetite.}
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3-4 cups assorted fresh or frozen (two average sized bags) vegetables
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • For serving: brown or white rice and (optional) toasted almond slivers or sesame seeds


Dave’s 5-Ingredient Chicken Stir Fry

Place tenders in a deep skillet or wok and stir fry in coconut and toasted sesame oil over medium heat.

When chicken is cooked through, add vegetables to the skillet.

Add soy sauce and continue to cook until veggies are tender crisp, using a bit of additional coconut oil, as desired.

Optional: sprinkle with almonds or sesame seeds.

Serve with brown or white rice.
